The Grace Orchestra

 

Rehearses: Weekly, Wednesdays at 8:10 to 9:30 p.m.  - Late August to early June

Performs:  Once a month for Worship

Usually … Two major Concerts per year

Orchestra alone and Accompanying Major Choral Works

Special:International Outreach  … when the Lord provides the opportunity

Other Outreach when appropriate

Style:Classical to Contemporary … mostly symphonic in nature

The Mission of The Grace Orchestra

The Grace Orchestra is a volunteer, non-profit music ministry created to provide an avenue for the development of the highest artistic quality, musical richness and spiritual expression through instrumental music.  We exist to glorify our God and Savior, Jesus Christ.

About the Conductor

Scot Hintermeyer earned his BA degree in music education from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota where he was a protégé of the late Paul J. Christiansen. 

During college Scot and his wife Debbie traveled with a gospel team which recorded two albums.

A licensed Music teacher, he has taught Jr. & Sr. High School.  He has been involved in music ministry for over 30 years focusing on people development as it relates to worship and musician growth.
