WHAT MAKES US A FAMILY PLACE?

At Grace we strive to be “a family place.” By this we mean several things:

  1. We want to be a place where people of all ages, coming as singles or family groups, are able to deepen their relationship with Jesus. From grandparents to young children, we want everyone to feel welcomed, valued, and included. We see great value in being a multi-generational church. This may mean that no one’s stylistic preferences are ever perfectly met, but we joyfully sacrifice our stylistic preferences for the good of the church family.

  2. We want to be a place where people love and care for each other in such a way that it truly feels like we are a family. Paul calls us to be brothers and sisters and members of God’s household (Ephesians 2:19), and we seek to live out that calling by treating each other as family.
